My name is Julie and I am the New Patient/Patient Relations Coordinator at Puyallup Valley Dental Care. It is my privilege to work with our new patients to schedule their initial appointments and gather all pertinent information to make the transition to our office as seamless as possible. I enjoy getting to know patients on a personal level and connecting with them over common interests. I take tremendous pride in the relationships I have built with our patients and am thankful they entrust us with their care. At PVDC we not only provide dental care to our patients, but we are also invested in their overall health and well-being, which strengthens our patient/provider relationship.
When personally looking for a healthcare provider, I choose an office that has created the same welcoming, comfortable, and professional atmosphere we have at PVDC. I have found this connection with Dr. Day and his amazing team at East Main Vision Clinic. The culture their office embodies focuses on meaningful relationships, exceptional patient care, and an overall “patient first” philosophy. I truly appreciate being on the receiving end of the personalized care they provide.
I began wearing glasses four years ago and have enjoyed working with the staff in the optical department. Muriel and Amy have helped me select frames that accommodate my prescription as well as compliment my style. I recently selected frames from their Andy Wolf collection and am loving their stylish and contemporary vibe. It’s amazing how glasses can complete a look! On occasion, I stop by to have my glasses cleaned, or my frames adjusted, and I am always greeted by name followed by a smile.
Dr. Day and his team are genuine, sincere, and invested in me as a person. They are gifted in making every patient feel important and heard. They truly define professionalism while personalizing care which creates an awesome practice. I have definitely found my eye doctor for life!
